Map to Our association has never had a set of By-Laws but our attorney devised a set that meets all legal requirements and defined operation of our HOA. The submitted set can be seen at 2012 HOA Laws. A few changes have been made to this set and will be presented to the membership at the next meeting. They will also be posted on this website once completed. Please read the submitted set to be familiar with their content. A membership vote will be offered at a future meeting.

Neighborhood Meet and Greet Cookout
The Meet Your Neighbor cookout was a huge success. About 30 residents enjoyed burgers, hot dogs, chips and side dishes! Membership meeting Minutes will be forthcoming this month.
City of Kennedale Spring Cleanup
The City of Kennedale will be conducting its city-wide clean-up on Saturday, May 30th from 8 am until 12 noon. Â Residents can drop off unwanted bulky items and brush.

Association Dues
Dues for the year 2014 were due December 31, 2014. If you haven’t paid your past yearly dues, send your check to Treasurer at P.O. Box 705, Kennedale, TX 76060 as soon as possible to avoid further interest assessments. 2015 Dues can be paid at any time up to December 31.
